Just Another List: Helpful Guides for Newcomers
Among our grand confluence of JET Program participants, there are many who find they have the time and the passion to give back. These people are AJET, volunteers who do all kinds of stuff for the JET community and beyond. Each prefecture has it’s own group of AJET movers and shakers. Besides organizing events and making surveys, these AJET volunteers have made some fantastic resources for new and continuing JETs. Listed below are those resources that are particularly helpful to incoming JETs, no matter where you end up in Japan.
Let’s start with National AJET’s pamphlet for incoming JETs. It’s a quick little rundown to get you started on your prep work.
