The Mid-Year Conference

Anywhere beteen November to January, the Hyogo Board of Education will hold a mid-year conference for two days for all of the JETs in Hyogo Prefecture. In the past, ALTs have been required to prepare a lesson in advance and bring it with them to the conference, and there have been workshops for ALTs to work with JTEs, as well as a Q&A session on the second day. It is organized completely by the Hyogo BOE (though one of the PAs might be around to help out), so any questions should be directed to their offices.
